What we do

Find your sport

Six ways to get active, get competitive or simply get together — every one adapted so that any level of sight is no barrier to taking part.

New to all this? Don't worry. Every activity has trained guides, the right adapted equipment, and people whose only job is to make sure you have a great time. Your first session is always free.

Flagship sport

VI Cricket

Our flagship sport and where it all began. We play with a larger, audible ball that rattles so batters and fielders can track it by sound, plus tactile boundary markings and sighted guides for running between wickets.

Competitive league play with the Greater Manchester Falcons, plus relaxed taster sessions for complete beginners.

Goalball

The Paralympic sport made for blind athletes. Two teams of three throw a ball with bells inside across the court, aiming to score past the opposition. Everyone wears eyeshades, so it is a true level playing field — and brilliantly intense.
